Maybe it’s because I’m an “autumn kid” myself, but I LOVE Fall.
The Autumn Equinox today at 14:21 UTC (7:21am Pacific Time) means it’s officially here!
To celebrate, I’ve come up with a few journal prompts to kick the season off…
- What do you love (or hate) most about Fall? Why is that?
- When is too early to start decorating for Halloween, whether it’s you personally, or your neighbors across the street?
- What’s your favorite childhood memory of Fall? How did Fall “feel” when you were a kid?
- How do you plan to “savor the season” this Fall? (Note to bullet journalers: Be sure to plug your “savoring plans” into your journal!)
Remember, with journal prompts, you don’t have to answer them like “essay questions.” Use the prompts to stir your imagination, jog your memory, or tease out whatever thoughts and feelings are hiding beneath the surface.
